职位描述/要求:
Your Responsibilities:
1.Design/Develop and maintain regional non-executive rewards policies and programs to ensure they are competitive as well as effective to attract, retain and motivate staff; 2.Define non-executive rewards strategy for the GC Region with alignment with the global rewards strategy; 3.Support the development and implementation of Global Rewards program – executive and non-executive; 4.Represent the GC Regional in the Global Rewards Council; 5.Conduct compensation surveys for the GC region and prepare proposals to management to ensure competitiveness is achieved; 6.Build & maintain good relationship with the regional rewards (C&B) professionals to share and benchmark best practices; 7.Manage Job Grading process in the GC Region, and apply Global job grading policy; 8.Manage Performance Management process per Global Guideline, Programs and Systems. Direct local processes to ensure performance in the Region is at a high level.
Your Profile:
1.Academic/Professional Qualification:University graduate – major in statistical analysis, finance. HR is an asset; 2.Work Experience:Experience in managing rewards strategies and programs in HK, China and Taiwan; 3. Expertise/Skills: a)Experience in program design – especially in variable pay programs; b)Experience in conducting and managing market survey – cash, benefits and rewards segments; c)has established good network with rewards professional in the GC Region; d)has worked with and manage rewards consultant; e)excellent English and Mandarin communication skills – written and verbal; f)excellent presentation skills.
