职位描述/要求:
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain productive working relations with direct counterparts and key influencers in the customer base.
- Develop good understanding of the customer and their/our applications to maximize business opportunities
- Initiate, close and report design-in programs and identify new projects in co-ordination with BL car and auto and other related internal product lines
- Participates in setting the account budget. Drive sales and order fulfillment to achieve budget.
- Facilitates and support contract negotiations
- Prepare forecasts related product demand (Rolling Financial Forecast/Short Term Planning/Mid Term Business Plan)
- Provide product and pricing information. Understand customer price targets and competitive offering
- Support improvement processes to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Participates in required reporting processes
Your Profile:
- Academic/Professional Qualification:Bachelor/Master Degree
- Work Experience:3-5 years working experience in automotive industry (direct/in-direct)
- Expertise/Skills:
1 > Electronics Engineering background; 2> Sales experience in multi-national company; 3> Automotive industry background is preferable but not must; 4> Fluent in English communications, both spoken and writen; 5> Team player with open mind, self-motivated, willing to take high challenge.
