Your Responsibilities:

1. Active participating and defining new product solutions and roadmaps. Provide technical support to the customer on design-in projects.
   
2. Business development and manage IDH program, drive IDH to promote NXP switching power product.
   
3. Takes active role in technical training the field application engineers by providing training material, demo boards, lectures.
   
4. Be able to answer promptly and clearly the technical questions sent by customers and provide feed back from customer for the product requirement according to the market needs.
   
5. Can write technical articles and technical documents and presentations.
   
6. Participate in trades shows know how to deal with customers.

Your Profile:

1. Academic/Professional Qualification:Degree/Master in Electrical Engineering or related disciplines
   
2. Work Experience: 3-5 years on related job
   
3. Expertise/Skills:
   a)Good knowledge of SMPS product, LCD backlighting, etc. Knowing Philips (NXP) Greenchip and STARplug is a plus.
   Better has the experience of its application in LCD-TV, Setop box, Charger where SMPS and lighting applications.
   b)Can help to build demo board, be able to do circuit design using schematic capture tools.
   c)Can commutate with the application team basically with the technical group and customers.
   d)Experience with lab equipment such as scope and power source and load.
   e)Experience in working with customers on building applications. In depth knowledge of customers’ business and technical requirement.
