职位描述/要求:
Your Responsibilities: Regional Marketing Manager is defined as a business owner to plan, direct, and control business and marketing efforts for responsible product line – connectivity & Broadcast.
Involving with market research and PL developing, manufacturing, sales&distribution, promotion, and business analysis and forecasting. It requires high problem solving, analytical, presentation, communication, and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work well in a team.
- Budget Fulfilment
a)Responsible for budgeting & forecasting achievement for owned product lines. b)To direct allocation activities. c)To involve only when critical issue/compensation happens.
- Pricing
a)To set up pricing strategies for responding market situation. b)Regional ASP/quotation approval and margin management c)To control & respond pricing for regular requests from customers via acct sales staffs.
- Business Creation/Promotion
a)Align with Product Line direction to execute business strategies & penetration plan for local marketing activities. b)Prioritize regional support activities c)Product promotion for responsible products to focus accts and tracking design-win status. d)To increase the market share of responsible business in local market. e)Regular presentation/seminar to sales/customers/disty for product update. f)Base on BL product roadmap and development plan to seek new/potential opportunities and market. g)Increase market share of Strategic Play markets.
- Channel Management (Distribution)
a)To direct Disty to align with PL’s direction. b)To increase share in Disty’s sales. c)To help out Disty’s promotion activities.
- Marketing Feedback
a)Systematic mkt info collection, analysis, and reporting of data relevant to responsible products. b)Assisting PL for competitive analysis. c)To oversee competitor’s activities for proper action taken. d)New product : Market survey for opportunities/mkts. Relationship build up and enhancement with customers.
Your Profile:
- Academic/Professional Qualification: Electrical Engineering bachelor degree or above
- Work Experience:
a)Minimum 5 yr professional working experience in semiconductors or related GPS/FM/BT applications and industries b)Minimum 2-yr FAE experience with sales/marketing experience is a plus in GPS/FM/BT
- Expertise/Skills:
a)Speaking fluent English with effective communication skills b)Willing to travel 2 weeks per month for various customers visits and customer meetings
