职位描述/要求：
User Experience Senior DesignerKey Responsibilities
Your have a solid technical knowledge and deliver results based on your understanding of product requirements, user research, design guidelines and feedback from UX team at internal design reviews.
You are recognized as a reliable visual design resource by your immediate teammates. You are capable of mentoring associate designers.
Your experience allows you to independently develop and recommend visual design directions.
You develop functional prototypes for testing, review and design iteration within UED and other teams. You are responsible for the on time delivery of high quality original visual design concepts.
Online advertisements, promotion pages, web illustrations, icons will be part of your job.
Skills, Knowledge, Abilities
You have a bachelor’s degree or above in a design-related field, preferably in industrial design, graphic design or communication design.
You have solid applied knowledge of general visual design principles and are familiar with user interface design principles and user central design process.
You have demonstrated proficiency in these areas: Page layout and Composition; Typography; Color theory; Web page construction; Web image production.
You have good understanding of fundamental web technologies ( html, javasrcipt, XML etc ) and use design tools ( photoshop, illustrator, flash, dreamweaver etc ) well.
You have roughly 4+ years experience working as a member of a design team.
职责：
具有坚实的专业知识，并能够基于产品需求、用户研究、设计规范和用户体验团队其它成员的反馈，并加上你自己的理解给出设计。
是团队中的一个可靠的视觉设计资源，有能力独立发展视觉设计方案，并且能够指导助理设计师。
负责为测试、评论设计功能性的原型，有能力按时按成高质量的视觉设计的概念性的方案和实际的设计页面。
同时也会设计在线广告、促销页面、网上插图以及图标等工作。
能力、知识和技能：
拥有设计相关专业本科以上学历，工业设计、图形设计、传播设计优先。
对视觉设计的原则有很好的理解，对界面设计的原则熟悉，并熟悉用户为中心的设计的过程。
能够证明在色彩理论、页面排版、页面制作和网上图像设计方面已经非常熟练。
对网页技术( html, javasrcipt, XML等)有比较好的理解，熟练使用相关的设计工具( photoshop, illustrator, flash, dreamweaver 等 )。
4年以上的设计工作经验并有相关成功作品。 联系方式：
