职位描述/要求：
Professional Competencies:
• Strong controlling and accounting experience gained through a lead role in accounting function, with 6+ years of finance and accounting experience
• Ideally experience from Big 4 firms with extensive US GAAP knowledge, combined with accounting experience at an MNC
• Exposure to business decision support gained through working with senior management team
• Ability to adapt best practices from Corporate/Headquarters into an immature environment (subsidiaries or branch operations)
• CPA or equivalent professional qualification and/or MBA
• Experience in high-tech/internet industry desirable
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
