职位描述/要求:
Key Responsibilities: · Welcome all business customer calls and emails. · Handle all customer requests in a timely and cooperative manner working with our back office team. · Follow the appropriate process and keep the customer updated in all circumstances. · Maintain an excellent relationship with customers and gain their confidence. · Participate in account management meetings and visits with the client manager. · Participate in regular operation team and sales team meetings. · Participate at local trade activities to generate positive awareness of ECT and ECT China. · Be a role model for Expedia Corporate Travel. Skills and Experience: · Bi-lingual. Must be fluent in Mandarin and at business conversation level in English. · Degree level education required, studies in English preferred. · Strong commitment to quality and customer service. · Experience with the internet and computers. · Adaptable to changes in operations and processes. The successful candidate will be able to easily accommodate changes, evolve and improve over time and to get around obstacles as they emerge to deliver the right end service to customers. · Strong communications skills. The role is part of a team, working alongside and cooperating with our back office and operations team and reporting to the ECT Customer Service Director. · Open to feedback. · Self-starter with demonstrated strengths managing multiple demands simultaneously and driving them to completion. · Expertise in corporate travel an advantage but not required. 联系方式:
