C&B Senior Manager

Job Description

  • Initiate Company's C&B strategy, tactics, action plan, and management framework system
  • Evaluates and recommends changes to compensation policies; develops new, enhanced or revises existing compensation and benefits programs based on current trend analysis and policy direction.
  • Develops and plans the Company's C&B management policy, rules, regulations, and programs for cost-effectiveness, external competitiveness, internal equity, motivation, and compliance purpose;
  • Build system and processes to capture competitive intelligence timely; monitor and assess the impact pertinent market developments & trends would have on the businesses in attracting, motivating and retaining the required people talents.
  • Design effective rewards communication process, system & packaging to increase accessibility, transparency and employees' understanding of the rewards programs & services.
  • Participate and initiate industry-based salary survey, analyzes survey data to determine the competitive position and recommends changes in salary structure as required. And propose based on the reports.
  • Develops and administers compensation and benefit programs/process/practice based on the HR strategy to ensure equitable and competitive pay practices;
  • Prepares, and oversees the preparation of reports in terms of salary administration, history records, bonus plan, etc.
  • Performs and oversees analysis of job worth, salary surveys, competitive wage rates, design of compensation packages and other related compensation and benefits projects.
  • Develop and maintain HRIS system, fulfill the needs of organization development and improving the effectiveness and Data accuracy.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor in Human Resource or related fields
  • Specialize in Compensation & Benefits with minimum of 7 years experience with MNCs
  • Knowledge of local employment and compensation regulations
  • Meticulous, pro-active, methodical and process oriented
  • Strong analytical aptitude, sound project management & problem solving skills
